For this project I collaborated with COMPASS real estate New York to render their most uniquely aspirational New York properties. Painted in watercolor and drawn in pen, these blend fantasy with the beauty of a neighborhood in reality.  Measuring 22" x 14' on paper, this was presented to the new home owners as a unique gift.
